The reasons for the distortion and skew deformation of the frame are:
1. The bending moment on the longitudinal beam of the frame does not all act on the bending center line of the groove-shaped section of the longitudinal beam, resulting in the longitudinal beam generating bending stress and torsional stress at the same time;
2. When the car is driving on a rugged road, the road reaction force transmitted by the leaf spring forces the frame to produce torsional deformation;
3. When the wheels encounter obstacles during the driving of the car, the longitudinal beams of the frame tend to be displaced after being stressed in the horizontal direction;
4. When the car turns, the centrifugal force will also cause torsion and skew deformation of the longitudinal beam.
